Gas and Maintenance Services
We provide a complete service for private landlords, property managers and housing associations:
- Gas safety inspections/testing
- Servicing of gas boilers and appliances
- Installations, exchanges and removals
Our service enables landlords to fulfill their legal responsibilities, extends the life of gas boilers, keeps running costs down, and protects residents' well-being.
The achievement of CORGI Certification demonstrates that Thorpete Gas Services has gone through a rigorous, impartial 3rd party assessment by CORGI, against the requirements of the UKAS Scheme. The accreditation, provides recognition that Thorpete Gas Services performs effectively and safely and provides consumer assurance in our management systems, for safe gas work.
A telephone-based dedicated response centre provides the option of round-the-clock emergency cover.
Today we are the choice of 15 RSL/LA’s in the East Midlands. Therefore our experience and knowledge allows us to fully understand the importance of responding positively to their particular requirements and the needs of their householders. A service is currently being delivered to 11,000 homes across the East Midlands and we respond, on average, to seventy responsive emergency breakdown reports per day.
Through knowledge and experience we are aware of the benefits of avoiding customer complaints, purely by focusing on customer needs and expectations of getting it right first time.
